A session with Shaeah is an experience of celebrating and honouring the divine in you, which will delight your senses and leave you feeling more open, expanded and surrendered than you can imagine. Shaeah uses her experience and intuition to feel into your body and soul to give you exactly what you need to open to your heart's deepest desire. Drawing from an ancient Hawaiian 'rite of passage' ceremony — temple-style Lomilomi and Kahi Loa — plus classic traditions of India and Taoism, Shaeah weaves a pampering and healing session especially for you. A session may include:

• Hawaiian Sacred Massage, Lomilomi: A unique exchange with your body, using long, flowing strokes alternating with deep tissue work, designed to increase energy flow, remove energy blocks and make you feel really good!
• Energy work: Reiki, Kahi Loa (divine union with elements, plant and animal kingdoms and human spirit)
• Breathwork - to open the body and release tension

Love Coaching

Together we will explore the areas in your life where you are contracted and cut off from love. Love is present and available to us in every moment with our awareness and willingness to open to it. Drawing upon my own experience and daily practices I will help you to open more fully to love, to receive it, give it and be an expression of it.

Goddess Gush Gang

Sisters unite in celebration of our womanhood!! In sacred space we will be together as women, vulnerable, empowered and true. Cultivating sisterhood, we hold space for one another to be and express ourselves, to help each other to soften and dissolve the shells that prevent us from being the love and light we truly are. At times we will just be with whatever arises and at other times a special guest may be featured such as belly dance or African dance teachers. Come as you are and willing to bare all.

Ecstatic Embodiment Expression

In sacred space, we will breath, we will move, we will dance, play, feel, express... we will do and be whatever arises in the moment. This is a highly interactive, participatory playshop exploring our capacity to freely express ourselves in the moment. Come with an open heart and mind prepared to do anything. You are guaranteed to develop a more intimate relationship with your body, able to feel and express yourself more freely and fully. In sacred space, we will explore deeper and deeper levels of intimacy with ourselves and others. We will face and confront our fears, blocks and perceived limitations that prevent us from achieving the deep intimacy we yearn for. Although, physical contact (within boundaries) will be explored the emphasis in this playshop will be on deepening and expanding our ability to connect with our hearts.
